Refund policy

Returns


If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support at info@foodvibez.de so that our team can assist you.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase is more than 14 days old, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging, sealed in plastic.

Some items are completely excluded from returns:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items

In certain situations, refunds are granted only partially or not at all (if applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, which may take a few days to reflect. If a return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Return shipping costs of EUR 4.99 (DE) or EUR 6.99 (AT), 9.90 CHF (CH) will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, PayPal account, Klarna, or similar payment method.

Then contact your payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@foodvibez.de.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@foodvibez.de.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
