1.1

The organizer of the competition "500 EUR Julian 'Julienco' Claßen x JuizyWow" (hereinafter: "Competition") is Foodvibez GmbH in cooperation with Julian Claßen in the implementation of the competition. One prize of 500 EUR (in words: five hundred euros) will be given to the participants of the competition. distributed as profit.

Conditions of participation in the competition

Participation is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods and/or services .

2.2

The competition begins on August 12, 2024 with the upload of the Instagram post MET (Middle European Time) on the corresponding influencer or brand Instagram channel (see point 2.4) and ends on August 16, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MET. Participation after this is not possible.

2.3

Anyone who is 18 years or older at the time of entry and who resides in Germany, Austria or Switzerland is eligible to take part. Employees of Foodvibez GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the competition.

2.4

Participation in the competition takes place via the Juizy Wow Instagram page. To participate in the competition, the user must do the following:

Multiple entries are possible if several different markets are named. Identical entries for one market are not valid.

2.5

The winner will be randomly drawn from all participants after the competition has ended. The organizer reserves the right to take up to 5 working days to carry out the drawing.

3.1

Julian Claßen and JuizyWow once gave away five hundred . To claim the prize, the winner must provide Foodvibez with their ID (for age verification), their full name and address, as well as an IBAN.

Processing, sending of prizes, publication of winners’ data

4.1

The prize is neither transferable nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.

4.2

The winner will be randomly chosen as described in 2.5 and notified via Instagram direct message about the comment they posted. The winner will be asked to send the data defined in 3.1 via Instagram direct message to the Juizy Wow channel and the Project Malibu GmbH behind it. If there is no response with the names of the winners within 3 days, the organizers reserve the right to draw a new winner.

4.3

In case of loss, theft, damage or destruction of a prize, no replacement will be provided and no new delivery of the product won will be arranged.

4.4

All expenses, costs and taxes that are not expressly included in the prizes awarded are to be borne by the winners themselves.

5.1

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be collected, stored and processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties - for example for the purpose of delivering the prize. Personal data are individual details about the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person, i.e. information that identifies a person or at least makes them identifiable. All of this data is subject to special protection in accordance with data protection regulations, which Project Malibu GmbH ensures through technical and organizational measures.

5.3

Collection, processing and use of personal data: In order to process the prize, the determined winner must provide personal data. This will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the prize, saved and then deleted after 30 days at the latest. If deletion is not possible due to statutory retention periods, the participant's data record will be blocked until the end of the retention period, i.e. the data will be excluded from further use. Personal data will not be passed on or sold to third parties who are not involved in the competition. This competition has no connection with Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but Foodvibez GmbH. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed to Foodvibez GmbH.

Miscellaneous

7.1

These conditions of participation and the data protection provisions represent the final rules for the competition. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation or the data protection provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.

7.2

The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

7.3

Legal recourse is excluded.
